A successful weekend for Herts players, with all three teams going through to the Finals at the end of April.
The Women’s O40 team of Louisa Dalwood, Joanne Preston and Katie Winterstein travelled to Cambridgeshire for their matches and beat Cambs 2-1 and lost to Essex 1-2, however they go through as best runners up!
The Women’s O50 team were hosting at Nuffield St Albans and played Essex and Kent. The team was Jillian Lillico, Isobel Smith and Laura Taylor. A great performance by the team saw them beat Essex 2-1 and also beat a strong Kent team 2-1.
The Mens O55 team, also hosting at Radlett, only had one match to play as unfortunately Bucks and Oxfordshire had to pull out, however they beat Northants 5-0, with all players winning 3-0 bar one. The team was Eamonn Price, Las Fernando, Marvin Rust, Teejay Sogunro and Martin White.
