A GREAT SUMMER FOR NUFFIELD ST. ALBANS…

Division 1 – It was pleasing to see a few more teams in Division 1. Four clubs provided a total of seven sides with the title only being decided in the final match. NUFFIELD 2 (pictured above) took the honours from Nuffield 1 with Berkhamsted 2 coming a creditable third.

Division 2 – A tightly fought campaign with three teams ending up on the same nine wins out of a possible twelve. LETCHWORTH 1 managed to get enough points in the final match to beat Knebworth into second place with Tring finishing third.

Division 3 – Another Division went down to the final matches with NUFFIELD 3 delivering the required points to pip Letchworth to the title.

Division 4 – A very competitive division with only 58 points separating top and bottom. Although RADELTT 1 won by only eight points, the title was confirmed before a couple of injury hit defeats ended their campaign.

Division 5 – Three sides went into their final match with a mathematical chance of winning the title. LETCHWORTH came out on top beating Luton and Gosling.
