Adam Fuller (Coach at Berkhamsted) has teamed up with Paul Main (from Luton & Dunstable) to set up the Chiltern Academy which has now had its first season. Herts and Beds have teamed up to help each other. Herts have very few young players which is concerning and Beds only have 16 players across all age groups at last years county junior champs. Within this season they have held a county trials and 4 county training days. This has given our players of tomorrow the chance to become further integrated in to the sport as well as their personal development. Please see the first report from the steering committee below.
